Accuray Names Steve La Neve as CEO, Sees Fiscal Q1 Revenue Above Expectations

Accuray (ARAY) said Monday its board appointed Steve La Neve as chief executive officer, effective immediately.

La Neve succeeds Suzanne Winter, who will continue to serve in an advisory role through the end of November to ensure a smooth transition, the company said. La Neve previously held senior leadership roles at Medtronic (MDT), Becton Dickinson (BDX), Bone Biologics (BBLG) and Globus Medical.

Accuray also said it expects fiscal Q1 revenue of $92.5 million to $94 million. Two analysts polled by FactSet expect $91.3 million.

The company said it is due to report Q1 results on Nov. 5.

Shares were up 3.6% in recent trading.
