China Southern Power Grid Energy Efficiency & Clean Energy (SHE:003035) forecasts its attributable profit will surge 125% to 342.4 million yuan in the first three quarters from 152.1 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Basic earnings per share are seen to jump to 0.0904 yuan from 0.0402 yuan.
The upbeat forecast is attributable to steady progress in its core business operations, with operating revenue rising 15% year over year, as well as a "significant" decline in credit impairments, the filing said.
