China State Construction Engineering's (SHA:601668) total amount of newly signed contracts jumped 1.4% year over year to 3.294 trillion yuan in the first nine months of 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
In its construction business, the value of newly signed contracts grew 1.7% year on year to 3.038 trillion yuan, the filing said.
Newly signed contract value in its real estate operations reached 255.3 billion yuan, down 2% from the year-ago period.
Shares increased 1% during late morning trading.
