Ciwen Media (SHE:002343) agreed to reduce a book production contract's amount to 39,500 yuan from 46,500 yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
Under the deal, the Chinese movie and television producer, through subsidiary Ciwen (Xiamen) Film & Television Culture Communication, authorized Baihuazhou Literature & Art Publishing House to publish the literary version of the Dark Night Deep Sea film.
The parties decided to make amendments after considering the company's and its shareholders' interests, the filing said.
