0718 GMT - Rentokil Initial's 3Q earnings show it is slowly getting back on track and heading in the right direction, RBC Capital Markets analysts Andrew Brooke and Karl Green say ina note. The pest-control, hygiene and workwear-services provider has posted further progress in lead indicators such as staff and contract retention, lead generation and pricing, the analysts say. And management's comments around integration, satellite branches and door-to-door pilots is encouraging, as is the board's confidence over consensus for the year, RBC says. "For patient investors, we continue to see RTO's issues as fixable and see significant re-rating potential over time," the analysts say.
