Ermenegildo Zegna (ZGN) reported Thursday Q3 total revenue of 398.2 million euros ($461.9 million), an increase of 0.2% from a year earlier.
Two analysts polled by FactSet expected 405.6 million euros.
The company said its Zegna brand posted Q3 revenue growth of 2%, while its Thom Browne brand reported a revenue drop of 9.6%.
Ermenegildo Zegna also reported revenue for the first nine months of 2025 of 1.33 billion euros, down 2.3% year over year.
The company's shares were up 5.4% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
