Enegex signed binding agreements to acquire Famien Resources during the quarter ended Sept. 30. The acquisition, upon completion, will provide drill-ready gold targets in the Ivory Coast.

Miramar Resources (ASX:M2R)

Miramar Resources exercised its option to acquire a 100% interest in exploration license application E25/654 as a condition of selling the Randalls project in Western Australia to Future Battery Minerals (ASX:FBM).

Globe Metals & Mining (ASX:GBE)

Globe Metals & Mining completed the first tranche of its AU$8.7 million placement, receiving nearly AU$7 million and issuing 136.5 million shares at AU$0.051 apiece to Avocado Trading.
