CIG Shanghai (HKG:6166, SHA:603083) priced its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$68.88 per share, according to a Friday bourse filing.
The data transmission device maker is seeking to raise up to HK$4.62 billion from the sale of 67 million H-shares.
The allocation results for the Hong Kong public offering will be announced on Oct. 27, with trading on the main board set to begin on Oct. 28.
