Shandong Hi-speed (SHA:600350) raised 1 billion yuan from the issuance of super short-term commercial paper, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The bond has a 1.64% interest rate and a term of 90 days, with maturity set on Jan. 20, 2026.
China Everbright Bank (HKG:6818, SHA:601818) is the bookrunner and lead underwriter of the issuance, the Chinese transport infrastructure operator said.
