Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) has issued around 180.6 million shares at SG$2.24 per new unit to the entitled unitholders, through a preferential offering, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

With the issue of the new units, the total number of units in issue is around 2.44 billion units as on date.

The new units start trading on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading (SGX-ST) on Wednesday.
