TATA Health International (HKG:1255) named Zhang Ming Qi as CEO after re-designating him to an executive director from a non-executive director effective Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Zhang has been a non-executive director of the footwear company since June 23.
The firm, on the same day, named Che Kean Tat as its CFO.
Che previously held the role of vice president and CFO of Central New Energy (HKG:1735) from 2020 to 2024.
