0406 GMT - Frasers Centrepoint Trust's focus is likely to be on unlocking value via planned asset enhancements, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a report. Upside could come from the successful repositioning of Cathay Cineplexes at the REIT's Century Square and Causeway Point malls following the cinema operator's closure, the analyst says. The REIT could fetch higher rents from replacement tenants that would take over the space or from repurposing the space. RHB Research raises its FY 2026-FY 2027 earnings forecasts for the REIT by 1%. It increases the target price to S$2.70 from S$2.50, with an unchanged buy rating. Units are 0.4% lower at S$2.44. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
