Sunshine Insurance (HKG:6963) said the China Securities Regulatory Commission has accepted its registration application for implementing an H-share full circulation plan, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the insurance firm were down nearly 2% in Tuesday morning trade.
The company said details of the implementation plan have not yet been finalized.
The H-share full circulation and conversion process remains subject to approval from other domestic regulators and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Sunshine Insurance said.
