CapitaLand China Trust (SGX:AU8U) property manager, CapitaLand Retail (Shanghai) Management & Consulting, agreed to the renewal of the provision of property management services for properties across China, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The services include establishing operating budgets, maintaining the property based on available operating budgets and negotiating leasing agreements.
