iDreamSky Completes Share Issue Under General Mandate; Shares Up 2%

iDreamSky Technology (HKG:1119) has completed the issuance of new shares under its general mandate after meeting all conditions in its capitalization and subscription agreements, according to an Oct. 24 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm gained over 2% in Monday morning trade.

The company issued 166.44 million shares under the capitalization agreement and 69.78 million shares under the subscription agreement, at HK$1.098 per share.

Six subscribers took part in the placement, including iDreamSky's management, a foreign employee, and four investment firms from Hong Kong and the British Virgin Islands focused on high-tech, AI, and consumer sectors.

Following the completion, the new shares represent about 11.6% of iDreamSky's enlarged share capital, according to the filing.
