GlobalFoundries (GFS) said late Monday that its chief financial officer John Hollister is leaving the company for personal reasons, starting immediately.
Sam Franklin, the company's senior vice president of Business Finance, Operations, and Investor Relations, has been named interim CFO, the company said.
The company also added its Q3 results should meet or exceed prior guidance, with earnings set for release on Nov. 12.
