Danone's China Reliance Might Worry Investors -- Market Talk

Dow Jones10-28

1046 GMT - Danone's reliance on its China specialized nutrition category for a sales beat in the third quarter could start to worry investors, analysts at Jefferies say in a note. "China infant formula will suffer dragon baby rolloff in 2026 that needs to be made up elsewhere," the analysts write. The French food company's sales grew 14% on year for the quarter in the China, North Asia and Oceania region, mainly driven by increased volumes. Shares are down 1.1% at 77.22 euros.
