Tongfu Microelectronics (SHE:002156) attributable profit jumped 95% year over year to 448.4 million yuan in the third quarter, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The integrated chip manufacturer logged earnings per share of 0.2955 yuan, up 95% from the year-ago period.
Operating income grew 18% year on year to 7.08 billion yuan.
Shares rose 1% during afternoon trading on Tuesday.
