Rockchip Electronics' (SHA:603893) net profit attributable to shareholders in the third quarter climbed 47% year on year to 248.4 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
Earnings per share jumped 45% from a year earlier to 0.58 yuan per share.
Operating revenue increased 20% year on year to 1.10 billion yuan.
The Chinese fabless semiconductor company's shares rose 1% during the midday trade.
