ASX Small-Cap Stocks to Watch

Investors are likely to keep an eye on the following small-cap stocks listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

RemSense Technologies (ASX:REM)

RemSense Technologies started new projects with Shell, Chevron, and ExxonMobil during the quarter ended Sept. 30. The company also secured extensions of virtualplant subscriptions with Woodside Energy (ASX:WDS) and Newmont (ASX:NEM) for a further 12 months.

Everest Metals (ASX:EMC)

Everest Metals won a co-funded grant under the Western Australian Government's Exploration Incentive Scheme for drilling at the Mt Dimer gold exploration project. The grant will cover up to 50% of direct drilling costs, capped at AU$90,000.

WIN Metals (ASX:WIN)

WIN Metals finalized its acquisition of the Radio gold mine in Victoria during the quarter ended Sept. 30. Meanwhile, the Butchers Creek gold scoping study in Western Australia is in progress and is set to be finalized in the December quarter.

Breakthrough Minerals (ASX:BTM)

Breakthrough Minerals agreed to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Dingo Minerals, which signed a conditional binding agreement to acquire the North Queensland copper project from Aeris Resources (ASX:AIS). The transaction is expected to close in December.

Genmin (ASX:GEN)

Genmin executed a third addendum to the AU$500,000 loan agreement with Harry Belle, increasing the loan by AU$200,000 to AU$1.9 million. The company also executed a third addendum to the AU$2 million loan agreement with Injiview, increasing the loan by AU$200,000 to AU$2.8 million.
