Block (ASX:XYZ) said that investment manager Vanguard has a 12.45% stake in the company, according to a US Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure filed Friday with the Australian bourse.
Vanguard beneficially owns 68.4 million Block shares with shared voting power over 4 million shares, per the filing.
