Escalade President, CEO Armin Boehm Resigns After Seven Months at Helm

Escalade's president and chief executive Armin Boehm, has resigned from the maker of sporting goods and recreation equipment after just seven months on the job.

Escalade on Thursday said Patrick Griffin, who has served as vice president of corporate development and investor relations and a member of the board since August 2012, has stepped in as interim president and CEO of the Evansville, Ind., company.

Escalade didn't specify a reason for the departure of Boehm, who took the helm on April 1.

Griffin, 56 years old, has been with Escalade since 2002.
