The REIT has multi-year revenue visibility, given the tight supply of purpose-built workers' accommodation assets in Singapore. It also has exposure to expanding purpose-built students' accommodation asset markets in the U.K. and Australia. The REIT's low initial leverage offers ample debt headroom, reinforcing both income stability and scalable future expansion, the analyst adds.
