Hamee (TYO:3134) said on Thursday it will lower the exercise price of its fifth stock acquisition rights to 510 yen from 1,150 yen, effective Nov. 1, following the spin-off of subsidiary NE Inc., according to a same-day filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The adjustment was triggered by the company's dividend in kind of NE shares, which meets the conditions for revising the option terms.
