Fudo Tetra (TYO:1813) said its special committee investigating fictitious orders will complete its work in late November instead of late October, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The company said the extension was needed to examine additional matters. It has also appointed Masatsugu Kaneko, a certified public accountant at EY Forensic & Integrity, as an additional committee member.
