Helia Group (ASX:HLI) said the independent review into employee share trading during the February to March window found that there was no breach of law or company policy by the company or any of its people, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The review identified areas for improvement in internal governance, leading the board to approve updates to the trading policy, disclosure committee charter, and board reserved powers, the filing said.
