Shenzhen H&T Intelligent Control's (SHE:002402) subsidiary, H&T Intelligent Control International, will subscribe for 32.6% of Dream'ee JuneBeast Fund for HK$15 million, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
The fund, which has a fund size of HK$46 million, has a term of one year but can be extended for an additional one year. It will invest in companies listed in Hong Kong or the U.S.
The Chinese electronic control system company's shares dropped 5% at the close.
