Resolute Holdings Management (RHLD) said CompoSecure (CMPO) has agreed to combine with Husky Technologies under a definitive agreement, with Husky becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of CompoSecure upon the completion of the transaction.

Resolute said it expects to continue providing management services to Husky under terms similar to its existing agreement, according to a regulatory filing Monday.

Shares of Resolute almost doubled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 214,000 from a daily average of about 63,000.

Terns Pharmaceuticals (TERN) reported Monday that phase 1 data from a trial of its investigational inhibitor in participants with previously treated chronic myeloid leukemia were selected for oral presentation at the 67th American Society of Hematology annual meeting in Orlando, Florida.

The data showed an unprecedented 64% major molecular response rate achieved by 24 weeks in a refractory patient population.

Shares of the company soared 86% as intraday trading volume surged to over 28.7 million from a daily average of roughly 1.3 million.

Crane Harbor Acquisition (CHAC) and photonic quantum computing company Xanadu Quantum Technologies said Monday that they have signed a definitive business combination agreement.

Shares of Crane jumped 13%, with intraday trading volume at over 5.8 million compared with a daily average of about 123,000.
