Imperium Technology (HKG:0776) said it signed a memorandum of understanding with Guanghe Xingyun (Shenzhen) Culture Media to co-develop a series of AI-generated comic-dramas based on the group's NOVA Esports Club, according to an Oct. 31 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm closed over 5% lower in Monday's trade.
The project will use NOVA's team and player stories as exclusive IP material, covering themes such as competition highlights, team dynamics, and personal growth, according to the filing.
