0556 GMT - CDL Hospitality Trusts' forward guidance seems to have tailwinds, CGS International analysts say in a research report. Based on management's guidance, 'green shoots' from the REIT's portfolio entering 2026 include two hotels completing asset enhancement initiatives and full-year contributions from U.K. living assets, the analysts note. With meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions returning in 2026, revenue per available room for the REIT's Singapore hotels is expected to recover further. The brokerage lifts its 2025-2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the REIT by 4.8%-8.7%. It upgrades the unit's rating to add from hold and raises the unit's target price to S$0.87 from S$0.82. Units are 0.6% higher at S$0.83. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
