HealthCo Healthcare and Wellness REIT (ASX:HCW) and the Unlisted Healthcare Fund have collected all rent due and payable from Healthscope since 2023, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The REIT and the fund will look to enter into final lease agreements with alternative tenants for all of the 11 hospitals owned by them, the filing said.
The parties confirm that they have not received any proposal from Healthscope regarding a potential reconstitution.
