Bisalloy Steel Group (ASX:BIS) said its board declared a fully franked special dividend of AU$0.164 per share, payable Dec. 19 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 8, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The dividend relates to a period of twelve months.
