** Ohio-based sterilization and lab equipment testing services firm says private equity firms Warburg Pincus and GTCR to offload 30 mln shares

** Prior to offering, Warburg owned ~61.8 mln shares, or ~22% stake, and GTCR held 41.2 mln shares, or ~14.5% of SHC's ~284 mln shares outstanding, per LSEG data

** Goldman Sachs is the underwriter for the offering

** SHC shares on Thurs closed up 1.3% at $16.01, up ~17% YTD

** 5 of 8 analysts rate the stock "strong buy" or "buy", rest rate "hold" and median PT is $19.50 - LSEG
