** Shares of U.S.-based Plains All American Pipeline PAA.O fall 1.7% to $16.15

** Company posts Q3 revenue of $11.6 billion vs analysts' estimate of $12.4 billion - data compiled by LSEG

** Company forecasts 2025 adjusted core profit attributable to PAA to be in the range of $2.84 to $2.89 billion compared with estimates of $2.87 billion

** Adds that it includes about $40 million of contribution from its acquisition of EPIC

** "The pending divestiture of our NGL business, acquisition of EPIC, and streamlining efforts across the broader organization will provide tailwinds for the business despite near term macro volatility," says CEO Willie Chiang

** Company posts Q3 adjusted earnings per share of 39 cents vs estimate of 37 cents per share

** Including session's moves, stock down 5.3% YTD
