Shandong Hi-speed (SHA:600350) issued medium-term bonds amounting to 1 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Friday.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.92% and a term of two years or more. The bond will mature Dec. 31, 2099.
China CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) is the bookrunner and lead underwriter of the issuance, the Chinese transport infrastructure construction services provider said.
