Briscoe Group (ASX:BGP) said total group sales for the fiscal third quarter fell 1.8% to NZ$171 million, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
Sales for the three months ended Oct. 26 for the group's homeware segment rose 1.8%, while sporting goods sales fell 7.3%, per the filing.
The company said margins and cost pressures continue to affect the bottom line heading into the fiscal fourth quarter, adding that the net profit after tax forecast for the fiscal year ending Jan. 25, 2026, remains at around NZ$60 million.
Shares of the company fell nearly 2% in recent Friday trade in New Zealand.
