Kingkey Financial International (HKG:1468) said it completed the prerequisite steps to change its name to Jakota Capital, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Shares of the insurance company fell over 2% in morning trade Wednesday.
The company's stock short name will change from "KINGKEY FIN INT" to "JAKOTA CAPITAL" on Nov. 7, while its stock code will remain unchanged.
