UMP Healthcare (HKG:0722) shareholders will meet on Nov. 21 to vote on the proposed agreement under which unit UMP Professional Management will provide various medical and administrative services to Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance.
The term of the contract, signed in October, is two years and six months, starting Jan. 1, 2026, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The contract is an extension of an initial agreement between the parties for a three-month term commencing Oct. 1.
Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance is a unit of CTF Services (HKG:0659).
