Wus Printed Circuit (Kunshan) (SHE:002463) subsidiary Kunshan Huli Microelectronics purchased a production plant from Kunshan Xianchuang Electronics for 95 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The plant consists of two buildings with a total area of 47,231.43 square meters and land use rights for up to 26,800 square meters, the filing said.
