GPT Group Says Office Fund's Investors Approve Liquidity Proposal

GPT Group (ASX:GPT) said the investors of its Wholesale Office Fund voted in favor of a liquidity proposal at the company's annual general meeting Won ednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

Under the proposal, from Jan.1, 2026, to July 1, 2028, the fund will pay the company a base management fee of 0.425% of Gross Asset value (GAV) up to AU$5 billion, and 0.40% of GAV from AU$5 billion to AU$9 billion, the filing said.

Shares of the company rose 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
