GoldMining (GLDG) said Wednesday that the Brazilian National Mining Agency has granted it a three-year renewal of its exploration claim for the Colider Project, effective Oct. 30.
The Canadian gold mining company said it will now prepare and present a final exploration report for the 100 square kilometer exploration claim obtained by a wholly owned subsidiary in 2011.
GoldMining shares were up 1.8% in recent premarket activity.
