Lazydays Holdings (GORV) disclosed late Friday its intention to delist its common stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market and anticipates the delisting will become effective on or about Nov. 28.
Shares dropped 40%, with intraday trading volume at over 535,000 versus the stock's daily average of about 1.01 million.
Carbon Revolution (CREV) said late Friday that it intends to appeal the Nasdaq's decision to delist its shares because of the company's non-compliance with the exchange's minimum shareholders' equity rule and failure to file its annual report.
Carbon Revolution plans to present a compliance plan to address deficiencies and request an extension to regain compliance, with the appeal potentially delaying suspension until at least Nov. 28, according to the company.
Shares were 27% lower, with intraday trading volume at over 133,000 versus the stock's daily average of roughly 466,000.
B. Riley downgraded Applied Optoelectronics (AAOI) to sell from neutral, while maintaining its price target of $15.
Late Friday, the company said it may issue and sell up to $180 million of its shares from time to time.
Shares slumped 11% as intraday trading volume soared to about 7.64 million from a daily average of about 5.27 million.
