CMON (HKG:1792) said its share placement agreement under the general mandate has lapsed after the deal's conditions were not satisfied by the long stop date, according to a Nov. 7 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down over 13% in Monday morning trade.
The company said the lapse will not have a material adverse impact on its operations or financial position
