IVD Medical (HKG:1931) said a subsidiary-funded partnership is in talks to acquire control of B-Soft (SHE:300451), according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The partnership is negotiating with B-Soft's largest shareholder on key terms of the potential deal, including transaction structure, consideration, and timeline, the company said.
