ISOTeam's (SGX:5WF) subsidiary, Raymond Construction, agreed with Elite Engineering Specialist and Global Training Services to establish a joint venture company, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in Monday trading.

The JV company's core business will be to operate a training center which will provide courses in the built environment domain.

Raymond will have a 51% stake in the JV.
