Luyin Investment Plans to Raise Stake in Subsidiary Via Capital Raise

Luyin Investment Group (SHA:600784) plans to raise its shareholding in its subsidiary, Jinan Xinyi Powder Metallurgy, to 67% through capital increase, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Saturday.

The Chinese salt product manufacturer's rose less than 1% at the close of Monday's trade.

Luyin will raise the capital of Xinyi Powder Metallurgy by 56.3 million yuan, with 3.7 million yuan to be included in the registered capital and 52.7 million yuan in the capital reserve.
