Grail (GRAL) said Friday it entered into an equity distribution agreement with Morgan Stanley and TD Securities to sell from time to time up to $300 million of its common shares.
Up to 6.9 million shares may be issued at a par value of $0.001 to the sales agents, the company said.
Shares of the company were down by more than 3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
