Metallurgical Corp. of China (HKG:1618, SHA:601618), or MCC, said that the value of its newly signed contracts stood at around 845.1 billion yuan in the January to October period, down 12% from a year prior, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Newly signed overseas contracts, on the other hand, increased 7.3% to roughly 71.2 billion yuan.
In October alone, the engineering construction firm signed three contracts worth more than 1 billion yuan each.
