RLI Declares Special $2 Dividend

RLI Corp. declared a special $2-per-share cash dividend.

The Peoria, Ill., specialty-insurance company said on Thursday that it expects the total dividend payout to be about $184 million. It will also pay its regular 16-cent quarterly dividend, it said.

Both dividends are payable on Dec. 19 to shareholders of record at the close on Nov. 28.
