0552 GMT - Foxconn will likely strengthen its position in Nvidia's supply chain by gaining AI server market share, Daiwa analysts say in a research note. Among all the Nvidia AI server manufacturers, Foxconn's market share could gradually increase, especially after large-scale GB300 server shipments start from 4Q, they say. Daiwa raises Foxconn's NVL72 shipment estimates to 12,400 and 22,100 units in 2025 and 2026 respectively, implying that the company will make 50% and 48% of total Nvidia AI servers, they say. Daiwa also turns more positive on the operating profit margin from AI servers due to Foxconn's rising integration efforts and higher working capital spending by clients. Daiwa raises Foxconn's target price to NT$310.00 from NT$235.00. Shares are 0.4% higher at NT$252.00.(sherry.qin@wsj.com)
